About Fibidy

Fibidy is a SaaS platform that provides a storefront builder for Indonesian small business owners: create an online store you can fill in yourself in minutes, complete with products, an about section, and contact details.

Fibidy is not a marketplace. Your products are not displayed alongside other sellers', we take no commission from your sales, and we never hold money from your transactions. All buying and selling happens directly between you and your customers.

Fibidy is designed for small and medium businesses across Indonesia — from warungs, salons, and coffee shops to fashion sellers and service providers. We offer a wide range of business-category templates, each with a layout and highlights tailored to that category.

Our priority is simplicity: online store setup in 5 minutes, a page that stays usable in low-signal areas, and pricing that makes sense at the small business scale.

Users register an account, choose a store template, and manage their own product catalog through the Fibidy dashboard. The resulting online store can be linked directly in social media bios — customers tap, view products, and contact the seller.

For more room to grow (more products, more photos per product, and more layout options), users can upgrade to the Starter plan (Rp 35,000 per month, one payment per period via QRIS). The Free plan remains available at no cost with a more limited online store.
