01

Purpose of this policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out the standards of behavior and content permitted on the Fibidy Platform.

This policy applies to all Users — Buyers and Sellers — and covers all activity on the Platform, including uploaded products, store profile content, transaction behavior, and technical use of the Platform.

Violation of the AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

02

Prohibited content in products.

Content illegal under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including pornography, content that endangers children, content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech, and content that violates UU ITE.

Pirated products or unauthorized copies of others' copyrighted work.

Material that infringes third-party intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or licensed characters.

Files containing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, keyloggers, or other malicious code.

Guides or instructions for committing crimes, including the manufacture of weapons, the production of drugs, or unauthorized hacking.

Third-party personal data collected or distributed without valid consent.

Forged documents, fake diplomas, fake certificates, or fake identification documents.

Misleading medical, financial, or legal claims without a valid professional basis.

03

Prohibited content in profiles and stores.

False identity, misleading business names, or impersonating others.

Product descriptions that are misleading or do not match the actual file contents.

Unverifiable or unfounded claims (for example "100% money-back guarantee" when the Platform's refund policy says otherwise).

Links or content that direct Buyers off the Platform for transactions outside the Stripe system.

Promotional content that conflicts with consumer protection law.

04

Prohibited behavior.

Manipulating the Discover feature through fake accounts, fictitious transactions, or other tactics to boost ranking unfairly.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, suspensions, or bans.

Buying your own products to manipulate sales metrics or track record for Business tier unlock.

Using false information or someone else's identity during KYC.

Harassment, intimidation, or spamming other Users or the Fibidy team.

Filing unfounded refunds or chargebacks after enjoying a product.

05

Technical misuse.

Attempting unauthorized access to other Users' accounts, Fibidy systems, or integrated third-party systems.

Scraping, crawling, or extracting Platform data automatically without written permission.

Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or attempts to disrupt Platform availability.

Exploiting security vulnerabilities without going through the responsible disclosure process to admin@fibidy.com.

Bypassing rate limiting, anti-spam mechanisms, or other security controls.

Using bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools to interact with the Platform.

06

Payment misuse.

Money laundering or processing transactions without a legitimate economic basis.

Using stolen or unauthorized payment cards.

Chargeback fraud — intentionally filing chargebacks after enjoying a product.

Evading platform fees through off-Platform transactions with parties discovered through Fibidy.

07

Consequences of violations.

Written warnings for minor or inadvertent violations.

Removal of violating content without prior notice.

Account suspension (SUSPENDED) — products hidden, checkout blocked, payouts held pending review.

Permanent account termination for serious violations, repeated violations, or illegal activity.

Suspension of subscription fees or in-flight transactions as needed for investigation.

Reporting to the relevant authorities (police, Kominfo, OJK, Customs, and so on) for cases that require it.

Fibidy retains discretion to determine the level of response based on the severity of the violation.

08

How to report violations.

To report content or behavior that violates the AUP, send an email to admin@fibidy.com with the subject "Report".

Include relevant information — the URL of the reported product or profile, a description of the violation, and supporting evidence if any (screenshots, links, or documents).

Reports are reviewed within a reasonable time. Reporters will be informed of the status of their report if requested.

For copyright infringement reports, use the dedicated procedure in the Copyright Policy at fibidy.com/legal/copyright.

09

Appeal process.

Users whose accounts are suspended or whose content is removed may appeal by sending an email to admin@fibidy.com within 30 days of the action.

The appeal must include the reason the action is considered inappropriate, along with relevant supporting evidence.

The Fibidy team will review the appeal within a reasonable time and provide a final decision. The appeal decision is final.

10

Changes to this policy.

Fibidy may update this AUP from time to time to respond to evolving risk, changes in law, or feedback from Users.

Material changes will be notified via email at least 7 days before the effective date.

The latest version is always available at fibidy.com/legal/acceptable-use.
