Terms of Service

Fibidy is a platform that helps small businesses build and manage an online presence through a self-managed online store.

Fibidy is not a marketplace. We do not sell your products, display your products alongside other sellers' in a shared catalog for buyers to compare, or take a commission from your sales.

To use Fibidy, you need to register and fill in basic business information (store name, contact, business type). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs within your account.

Fibidy can be used for many types of businesses warungs, salons, coffee shops, fashion sellers, and more as long as you use it for its intended purpose: presenting your business and products online.

This is the most important part: Fibidy is not involved in any transactions between you and your customers.

What happens in the online store: customers view your products or services on your store page, then contact you directly via WhatsApp, phone, or other contact details you provide. Price agreements, payments (e.g. via QRIS), and delivery happen directly between you and the customer, outside of Fibidy.

Fibidy never holds, temporarily stores, or forwards money from these transactions in any form.

Because transactions happen directly between you and your customers, you are responsible for the accuracy of the product or service information you display, price agreements, payment, and delivery with your customers, and handling complaints, refunds, or warranties in accordance with the policies you set for your customers.

Fibidy does not mediate, guarantee, or bear any responsibility for the outcome of those transactions.

You may not use Fibidy to sell illegal goods or services, or anything that violates applicable law; display content that is misleading, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others; or attempt to disrupt, overload, or break into Fibidy's systems.

We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate the above.

Fibidy offers Free, Starter, and Business plans. Feature details and pricing for each plan are listed on the Pricing page.

Payment for a paid plan is your payment to Fibidy for using the service (not part of your sales transactions with customers). You pay once at the start of each period via QRIS. There is no automatic billing, we store no card, and nothing is taken from your account unless you pay it yourself. If you do not renew, your account downgrades to the Free plan limits — your data stays intact, but the additional product slots, photos, layout options, and the Cashier become unavailable until you subscribe again.

Payments for paid plans are non-refundable. Because a single payment immediately opens access for one full period and there is no recurring billing, there are no refunds — full, partial, or pro-rata — for a period already underway. You can stop at any time by not renewing, and your access stays live until the period you already paid for runs out.

This clause covers your payment to Fibidy. It does not govern money between you and your customers — complaints, returns, or cancelled orders in your store remain between you and your customer, per points 03 and 04 above.

Data you enter into Fibidy (products, photos, business info) remains yours. You can download a backup anytime through the feature available in your account.

If you cancel your subscription, your data is not deleted it simply downgrades to the Free plan limits.

Fibidy may update its features, interface, or these terms from time to time. Important changes will be communicated via email or a notification in your account.

Fibidy is an operational tool. We strive to keep the service running well, but we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between you and your customers, or disruptions caused by third parties (internet providers, devices, etc.).
